About
The Annie E. Casey Foundation (AECF) is a Baltimore-based charitable foundation that funds and publishes work related to children, families, child welfare, and youth in the United States. Its Editorial Guide: Standards and Styles (April 2013) is a house style manual; the commons mines only its race-and-ethnicity section (around p. 14): the portion that bears on equity language. The rest, general grammar and formatting, is out of scope.
In the commons it is a partial-scope source for the Race & Ethnicity chapter.
Access
The guide has been pulled from aecf.org and is no longer distributed publicly, so it survives here only as an archived copy held for citation verification (status: offline: no live original to link to). Host posture is private-mirror-link-out; quotes are kept within fair-use limits and attributed to AECF.
