About

The Annie E. Casey Foundation (AECF) is a Baltimore-based charitable foundation that funds and publishes work related to children, families, child welfare, and youth in the United States. Its Editorial Guide: Standards and Styles (April 2013) is a house style manual; the commons mines only its race-and-ethnicity section (around p. 14) — the portion that bears on equity language. The rest, general grammar and formatting, is out of scope.

In the commons it is a partial-scope source for the Race & Ethnicity chapter.
